Tokyo has the plan accepting foreign housekeepers with using a special zone system. Tokyo will be the third city after Osaka and Kanagawa which already accepted. The Liberal Democratic Party’s Special Mission Committee on the accepting foreign workers made the outline of a plan. It should be started first on the field that needs labors. The period is 5years.
