Two Type of the system
There are also two types of social insurance systems. One of them is the National Health Insurance and pension system at your municipal office. The system basically covers proprietors. The other is employee insurance.

In addition, the company needs to bear the cost of unemployment insurance and nursing insurance. The company must bear almost half the amount and withhold the rest from the salaries of its employees including board members and pay them instead of employees.
