Tokyo has the plan accepting foreign housekeepers with using a special zone system.
Tokyo will be the third city after Osaka and Kanagawa which already accepted.
Housekeepers who have more than a year experience are able to get the residence status of designated activity in special zone by contracting with the approved company.
